Job Title: Senior Manager, CEO Office & Strategic Projects

Department: CEO Office

Reports To: Chief Executive Officer

Location: Johor Bahru / Hybrid

Role Overview:

We are seeking a strategic, agile, and execution-driven individual to lead the CEO Office and drive strategic projects across FarmByte. This role acts as the CEO’s key support in translating vision into action, overseeing cross-functional initiatives, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring high-impact delivery across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning & Corporate Alignment

  • Lead the development and implementation of strategic plans aligned with FarmByte and JCorp’s goals.
  • Prepare and review high-level reports, board papers, presentations, and business proposals.
  • Track and report progress on key corporate initiatives and strategic KPIs.

2. Project Management Office (PMO) Oversight

  • Oversee the PMO function, ensuring timely execution of strategic and operational projects.
  • Monitor project risks, timelines, and reporting dashboards.
  • Provide guidance and structure for internal project owners and cross-functional teams.

3. Stakeholder & Partnership Management

  • Act as the primary liaison with key internal and external stakeholders, including JCorp, regulators, and partners.
  • Support partnership execution, including due diligence, documentation, and follow-up.
  • Lead communications for strategic collaborations and fundraising discussions.

4. People & Engagement Initiatives

  • Work closely with People & Innovation to support company-wide engagement, retreats, and internal alignment programs.
  • Support initiatives that enhance organizational culture and cross-departmental synergy.

5. Special Projects & CEO Support

  • Drive ad-hoc high-priority initiatives as assigned by the CEO.
  • Coordinate inter-departmental alignment and communication on sensitive or strategic matters.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields; MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in strategic planning, corporate office, PMO, or consulting roles.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure.
  • Strategic thinker with attention to detail and strong execution capability.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Experience working in or with GLCs/startups/hybrid organizations.
  • Comfortable operating at both strategic and operational levels.
  • High integrity, discretion, and ability to handle confidential matters.
