We are seeking a motivated and creative interior sales designer to join our team. This position will work closely with our sales team to develop interior design concepts and provide excellent customer service to our clients.
Job Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will develop relationships with clients to maximize their purchase experience. You will act as a consultant by advising on industry trends and our state-of-the-art technology to solve clients' problems.
- Build and maintain good rapport with clients
- Create detailed floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings using AutoCAD and other design software
- Provide excellent customer service, including assisting with material and finish selections, answering questions, and resolving issues
- Collaborate with the sales team to prepare quotes and proposals for clients
- Attend client meetings and presentations as needed
- Educate customers about current promotions
- Contribute to the team's daily sales goals
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Contribute to outlet sales achievement, sales growth, and quality customer service
- Manage E-commerce platforms for optimal fulfillment and results
- Provide general sales support (needs analysis, data review, and product demonstrations)
- Serve as the customer advocate and liaison for product management and development
- Prepare periodic forecasts and progress updates toward sales goals

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in interior design or a related field
- Fresh Graduates are welcome
- 1-2 years of experience in interior design or sales is advantageous
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software
- Vibrant and outgoing personality
- Minimum SPM with proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Demonstrated selling skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Open to learning new skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality

Salary Range
RM3,000.00 – RM6,000.00 per month
