A Leading Food & Beverage Manufacturing Group (Shah Alam, Selangor)

The role reports to the Head of HR, leads a team of 3 HR staff, and is responsible for the HR operations at the Shah Alam plant with a headcount of 400.

Required: Strong HR Business Partnering skills and experience in managing Blue Collar and Foreign workers, and IR/ER matters in the manufacturing industry.

Experience:

• Manufacturing industry: 10 years (Preferred)
• Strong HR Business Partnering skills: 10 years (Preferred)
• managing Blue Collar: 10 years (Preferred)
