We're seeking a top-notch professional to help us maintain the highest standard of financial integrity and ensure that our business operations are always running smoothly.

Job Responsibilities:

• Accountable to handle full set accounts, month end closing and monthly management report.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of companies' accounts in compliance with governing standards and regulations.
• Ensure completeness of documents in accordance with internal guidelines and policy for audit purposes.
• Support superiors in managing, organizing and allocating the month-end tasks.
• Ensuring accuracy, timeliness and generating reliable reporting.
• Prepare and ensure reconciliation schedule is properly prepared.
• Responsible for preparing payment voucher, debit note, credit note and journal for immediate superior / Manager to verify.
• Monitor and maintain adequate cash flow and ensure cash book is updated.
• Assist to liaise with company secretary, auditor, bankers, suppliers, and authorities on all finance-related matters.
• Responsibilities include closing of monthly accounts and submissions of reports on a timely manner.
• Maintain proper accounting records and filing system.
• Process urgent requests upon request.
• Performs all other related assignment / projects as assigned by the superior from time to time.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/ Accountancy/Banking, or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication skills in English & Mandarin (Ability to speak Mandarin will be an added advantage due to the business nature needed).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, Vlookup, IF functions).
• Able to work in fast pace, multi-tasking, establish priorities, independent, work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and work as a team player in a high-volume environment
• A team player with good planning, coordination and problem-solving skill
• Good interaction skills, proactive and communication skills
