What You’ll Be Doing:
  1. Calendar & Schedule Management: Efficiently coordinate and manage the COO’s calendar, ensuring smooth scheduling of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  2. Travel & Logistics: Plan and arrange business travel, including flights and hotel bookings.
  3. Office Essentials & Procurement: Manage office supplies, name cards, rubber stamps, and other materials required for the COO’s daily operations.
  4. Meeting & Documentation Support: Prepare meeting agenda, minutes, reports, and presentation materials as required.
  5. Task Monitoring and Follow Up: Track deadlines, action items, and follow-ups to ensure timely completion.
  6. Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for smooth communication and meeting arrangements.
  7. Ad-Hoc Support: Provide support to the Operations and Engineering teams and assist in other administrative duties as needed.
