Job Responsibilities
- Serve as a knowledgeable and approachable resource for employees, providing support through phone, email, and chat channels.
- Respond to and resolve employee inquiries regarding payroll, time off, leaves of absence, and benefits with accuracy, empathy, and confidentiality.
- Utilize internal systems to track, manage, and follow up on support cases efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Apply critical thinking and sound judgment to navigate and resolve moderately complex and sensitive employee issues.
- Ensure guidance and support adhere to internal policies, standard procedures, and relevant compliance regulations.
- Accurately document interactions and maintain comprehensive case notes within the case management platform.
Job Requirements
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Native Vietnamese (Vietnamese language proficiency is required).
- At least 1 year of experience in Human Resources or related support roles.
- Educational background in HR Management, HRIS, or similar fields is preferred.
- Strong research skills, active listening, and the ability to resolve inquiries efficiently.
- Experience in customer service support with basic knowledge of Human Resources.
