About the job (A) Senior, Cyber Security Analyst

Title: Senior, Cyber Security Analyst

To provide 2nd & 3rd level threats investigations and remedy for customers.

Provide high-level proactive technical support, including security configurations, security policy modification recommendations, and diagnostics of remote network security issues.

Analyze cyber security incidents and implement improvement action plans.

Responsible for monthly Customer MSS presentations.

Responsible for 24x7 duty roster operational arrangements.

Protect customer information assets and develop technology solutions to ensure possible risks are promptly remediated.

Develop or improvise policies and procedures to meet operational and regulatory requirements.

Involvement in business Continuous & Disaster Recovery tests.

Contribute as ISO 27001 Management Representative & steering committee member.

Coach Junior Security Analysts on frequent updates of correlations rules and threat intelligence.
