Job description

We are seeking a skilled and proactive MIS Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our CRM and ERP systems, ensuring efficient operations and providing valuable insights through reporting and analysis. Responsibilities:

1. Provide support to CRM and ERP systems.
2. Troubleshoot, resolve, and advise on first-level technical, functional, and operational process issues.
3. Prepare and update technical documentation, system manuals, workflow processes, procedures, and guidelines according to SOP.
4. Liaise with vendors to ensure projects, services, and tasks are implemented as per specifications and timelines.
5. Provide strong reporting and analytical support to operations and management teams.
6. Assist in all areas of IT Infrastructure as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the MIS department.

Requirements:

1. Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Support, with a focus on ERP systems.
3. Proficiency in SQL is essential; candidates with strong SQL skills will be prioritized.
4. Knowledge of Report Designer, Power Query, and Business Intelligence (BI) is an advantage.
5. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
6. Proactive, self-motivated, independent, result-oriented, with good interpersonal and communication skills.
