We are currently seeking a Compensation Benefits Manager - APAC to join our team based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

About The Job:

Leading Compensation and Benefits activities & programs with guidance.

  1. Leads initiatives in the design, development and implementation of rewards and benefits policies at local/regional level.
  2. Prepares and analyses HR Budget Support documentation (headcount and/or personnel cost evolution).
  3. Monitors application of yearly salary increase policy (criteria and data integrity/consistency).
  4. Analyses and monitor information related to expenses incurred under the HR Budget for each Unit.
  5. Monitors manpower and workforce evolution in each Department and reports any deviations to management, suggesting actions.
  6. Analyses staff information database and prepares statistical and/or quantitative reports on a regular basis (i.e. turnover and demographic reports).
  7. Participates in achieving compensation packages that are competitive by market norms and that prove attractive for employment of high calibre candidates.
  8. Monitors Regional and/or Local salary and benefit structures to ensure balance between the organization's budgetary limits and the requirements of attracting and retaining qualified staff.
  9. Benchmarks other companies C&B processes.
  10. Contributes to development, maintenance and upgrading of the existing HRIS related to Compensation & Benefits.
  11. Uses the Technip Energies' Grading System to ensure alignment of Compensation and Benefits schemes across Entities.
  12. Contributes to job sizing and job evaluation exercises.
  13. Monitors claims and contract management evolution in every APAC countries and reports any significant changes to management, suggesting actions.

Experience required from 10 to 12 years.

Planning, organizing and analytical skills.

Local Taxation knowledge.

Financial/ budgeting skills.

Advanced in English.
