Job description

Responsibilities

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive KOL Administration Coordinator to support the execution and management of KOL marketing campaigns. In this role, you will handle the administrative aspects of KOL collaborations, from contract management to performance tracking, ensuring smooth operations and successful influencer-driven initiatives.

KOL Relationship Management:

  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for KOLs, influencers, and brand ambassadors.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key KOLs to foster long-term collaborations.
  3. Ensure smooth communication between KOLs and internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, PR).

KOL Campaign Coordination:

  1. Support the planning and execution of KOL-driven marketing campaigns.
  2. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure KOLs receive the necessary materials and guidelines.
  3. Assist in organizing logistics for KOL-related events, campaigns, and content creation.

Contract And Documentation Management:

  1. Prepare and manage contracts, agreements, and other documentation related to KOL collaborations.
  2. Track and monitor KOL campaign deliverables to ensure compliance with contract terms.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

  1. Track KOL campaign metrics, including engagement, reach, and overall performance.
  2. Compile and analyze data to assess the effectiveness of KOL collaborations.
  3. Provide performance reports to stakeholders and make recommendations for future improvements.

Event & Content Support:

  1. Assist in organizing events, product launches, and promotional activities involving KOLs.
  2. Ensure the timely delivery of KOL content across relevant platforms and that it aligns with brand guidelines.

Administrative Support:

  1. Provide general administrative support for the KOL team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.

Trend & Competitor Monitoring:

  1. Stay updated with trends in influencer marketing, KOL management, and competitor activities.
  2. Identify new opportunities for KOL collaborations and partnership strategies.

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience (1+ years) in KOL/influencer management, public relations, or similar roles. (Fresh graduates are welcome)
  3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  5. Knowledge of social media platforms, influencer trends, and digital marketing strategies.
  6. Ability to manage and track multiple KOL campaigns and partnerships.
  7. Data-driven mindset with experience in performance analysis and reporting.
  8. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and PR teams.
