The incumbent will drive the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) usage to meet key business objectives while also analyzing data from other sources to correlate with CRM data.
Additionally, the role involves delivering retail accounts and sales insights analysis to the Retail team.
It also includes managing the Quality Management System (QMIS, NCR/RCA), which encompasses monitoring non-conformity reports from all entities.
Job Description:
- Serve as the CRM champion in the lead generation to order process.
- Interpret CRM data, provide key insights, and recommend actions to CRM stakeholders through monthly and quarterly reviews.
- Lead internal CRM projects such as CRM for retail channels and CRM account journey.
- Provide end-user training on CRM, QMIS, NCR/RCA systems, and follow up to ensure effective utilization.
- Align internal processes and manage monthly pipeline analysis via CRM.
- Integrate data from sources like CRM, BCI Asia, IMA Asia, and ASSA ABLOY Openings Studio for seamless analysis.
- Analyze complex datasets using advanced statistical techniques, create visualizations, develop predictive models, collaborate with teams, and improve data analysis practices.
- Support end-user inquiries and CRM support tickets.
- Organize internal forums to promote CRM best practices.
- Review reports and dashboards to identify and correct data quality issues.
- Manage and develop the QMIS SharePoint and NCR/RCA systems.
- Prepare monthly product quality reports and CRM retail engagement reports, as well as quarterly market economics reports for stakeholders.

Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related fields, or equivalent experience.
- Must have existing knowledge of CRM systems.
- Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) for communication with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Knowledge of product quality processes or certifications like Six Sigma is a plus.
- At least 3 years of experience as a data analyst or in a related role, with proficiency in analytical software or equivalent education.
- Proficiency in statistics, data analysis, and research methods.
- Skills in word processing, spreadsheets, and database applications.
