As an Operation Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless and efficient operation of our logistics business. What you'll be doing

• Overseeing daily operations and logistics activities to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of goods
• Coordinating with various departments, including transportation, warehousing, and customer service, to optimise logistics processes
• Monitoring performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement to enhance operational efficiency
• Liaising with clients, vendors, and third-party service providers to ensure customer satisfaction
• Developing and implementing operational strategies to support the company's overall business objectives
• Ensuring compliance with relevant industry regulations and safety standards
• Supervising and training junior team members to enhance their skills and productivity
