Working Location: Senai, Johor

Company Background: Mechanical Components Supply

Working Days & Hours: Monday to Friday (8:30am - 5:30pm) & Saturday (8:30am - 1:00pm)

Job Descriptions:

  • Manage CEO’s calendar, appointments, email, and meeting follow-ups

  • Accompany (and drive) CEO to client meetings, site visits, and business events nationwide

  • Prepare professional meeting documents, agendas, and write clear meeting minutes

  • Draft reports, presentations, and strategic materials for internal and external use

  • Liaise with internal departments, clients, and partners

  • Handle high-level confidential matters and assist with key projects

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role

  • Valid Class D driving license & own vehicle — frequent travel is essential

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, especially in managing schedules and documentation

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar)
