Salary Package: RM3,000 - RM5,000
Working Location: Senai, Johor
Company Background: Mechanical Components Supply
Working Days & Hours: Monday to Friday (8:30am - 5:30pm) & Saturday (8:30am - 1:00pm)
Job Descriptions:
Manage CEO’s calendar, appointments, email, and meeting follow-ups
Accompany (and drive) CEO to client meetings, site visits, and business events nationwide
Prepare professional meeting documents, agendas, and write clear meeting minutes
Draft reports, presentations, and strategic materials for internal and external use
Liaise with internal departments, clients, and partners
Handle high-level confidential matters and assist with key projects
Job Requirements:
Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
Valid Class D driving license & own vehicle — frequent travel is essential
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, especially in managing schedules and documentation
Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar)
