A leading company in Gelang Patah is seeking a Senior HR cum Admin Executive/Assistant Manager. The role includes managing HR functions, recruitment, payroll, and office administration. Candidates should have relevant experience and diplomas in any field. Fluency in English and Chinese is essential.
Handling the full spectrum of HR job scope.
Maintain and update employee handbook, ensure compliance with local labor laws.
Maintain and update employee data and personal files.
Manage HRDC grant and claim submissions.
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including job posting, resume screening, interviewing, and job offers.
Maintain training records and coordinate training planning.
Handle monthly payroll, statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS), and employee benefits.
Support general office administration, including office supplies, company licenses, and vendor management.
Perform other ad-hoc tasks related to HR and Admin as required.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
Required languages: English, Chinese.
At least 2 years of relevant work experience is required.
Willing to work in Pelabuhan Tanjung Pelepas, Gelang Patah.
Familiarity with Autocount Payroll and Timetec systems is a plus.
Preferably senior executives specializing in HR/Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
