Content Reviewer - (Korean/Arabic Speaker) Part-Time Work from Home

As a Content Reviewer, you will evaluate content related to apps and games, determining their quality based on parameters set by the customer. You will review a list of apps on a scheduled basis, rating them for quality and policy compliance. Additionally, you will search for content across media types to match specific criteria such as genre, topic, and age range. You may also work on multiple other projects with similar scope shared by the customer.

Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 6 months of teaching experience in grades Pre-Kindergarten to 7th (Ages 3-12). (Mandatory)
• Fluent in Arabic or Korean.
• Extensive experience in child development and/or education for children aged 3-12, teaching grades PK-5.
• Deep understanding of how children learn, behave, and what they like within the age group of 3-12 years.
• Experience in content evaluation for children.
• Strong communication skills in reading, writing, and speaking in your native language along with English.
• Ability to deliver accurate work and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Review content focused on apps and games according to customer parameters.
• Assign ratings to apps following customer guidelines.
• Understand client needs for content review and ensure alignment with client policies.
• Maintain a list of positive and negative apps respecting teacher, trust, and safety standards.
• Provide daily and weekly activity reports.
• Collaborate with team members, project, and account managers.
• Source content based on criteria and document submissions and notes in spreadsheets.
• Perform audits, identify trends and areas of confusion with examples.
• Download and test apps, complete ratings in Raterhub.
• Participate in reconciliation sessions with internal teams and be available during EST/PST hours.
• Communicate training needs and share best practices verbally, in writing, and in person.
• Maintain KPI targets for successful project delivery.
• Follow Tech Mahindra and client guidelines, policies, and procedures.
• Troubleshoot, clarify, and answer queries for task implementation.
• Work on other similar projects as assigned by the customer.
