ABOUT YOUR ROLE:

Procurement Senior Finance Analyst - responsible for regional analytics on imported laminate prices inflation/deflation and in-depth analysis of country landed cost variances. The role requires strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with procurement stakeholders to forecast cost inflation/deflation and identify cost optimization opportunities.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Leading procurement KPIs across the Asia Pacific region.
• Planning and forecasting imported laminate prices inflation/deflation with procurement teams.
• Benchmarking and cost comparison analytics for various cost factors and payable terms across regions.
• Driving procurement cost-saving projects.
• Managing supplier rebates with procurement and supply chain management to maximize results and meet targets.
• Leading annual budgeting and forecasting of procurement-related KPIs from finance.
• Preparing standard cost updates and conducting deep dives into purchase price variance (PPV) and revaluation analysis.
• Providing cost information to business units with various assumptions for pricing decisions.
• Ensuring timely completion of monthly and quarterly closing activities and reporting.
• Identifying opportunities to improve process effectiveness and efficiency.

WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:

• A professional degree (CA/CMA) or higher with over 5 years of relevant experience, preferably with regional exposure.
• Strong communication skills to articulate complex ideas effectively, both orally and in writing, with the ability to collaborate across all organizational levels.
• Proficiency in financial software, including advanced spreadsheet skills for formulas, data extraction, and graph development.
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, responsible, and capable of handling complex situations.
