Summary

Detailed Description

Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:

• Conducts and reports in-process and product first layer assessments.
• Performs activities related to key process and product characteristics, providing feedback for improvements.
• Supports and verifies the identification and processing of internal non-conforming materials for proper disposition.
• Ensures that changes and corrective actions to rectify non-conformance issues are implemented in the manufacturing line.
• Participates in root cause analysis and problem solving.
• Performs First Article Assessment activities.
• Supports internal, industry, and customer audits as required.
• Contributes to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes.
• Supports and performs RMA qualification activities.
• Exercises good judgment in providing quality and functional guidance; demonstrates work methods to new employees.
• Communicates effectively with internal customers.
• Possesses strong knowledge of quality and manufacturing standards.
• Proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Understands shop floor control and quality management systems like Spectrum Pro and EtQ.
• Evaluates, gathers data, diagnoses, and solves manufacturing problems.
• Applies knowledge of quality improvement techniques.
• Well organized.
