Your Role:
As a Technical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for the entire sales process, from identifying new business opportunities to closing deals and providing long-term customer support in the field of electronic key management systems. You will work closely with our international team and technical departments to develop and implement tailored solutions for our customers. You will also have the opportunity to present our products and solutions at trade shows and events.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage with customers in the field of electronic key management systems, particularly in the automotive industry.
  • Advising and presenting our solutions to potential and existing customers, with the goal of developing tailored system solutions both remotely and on site.
  • Collaborating closely with the technical team to optimize solutions and ensure systems are implemented and used efficiently.
  • Managing the sales process from quote proposal creation and documentation to contract closure, as well as following up on ongoing projects in the CRM system.
  • Conducting market analysis and pro-actively identifying new business opportunities to maximize revenue and improve customer relationships.
  • Attending trade fairs and events to promote the brand and expand the network.
  • Coordinating with the support team to ensure existing customer needs are addressed quickly and professionally.

Your Profile:

  • Proven experience in B2B technical sales, ideally in the automotive industry.
  • Knowledge of networks, computer hardware, SQL Server, and IIS services is a plus.
  • Strong ability to identify customer needs and offer solution-oriented sales approaches.
  • Technical understanding of IT systems, networking technologies, and software integration.
  • Experience in customer acquisition and relationship management, as well as developing tailored solutions that meet specific customer requirements.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both in German and English.
  • A service-oriented mindset to always ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently and a high willingness to travel (up to 60%) within the DACH region.
  • Valid Class B driver’s license.
