Job description

We are seeking a proactive and resourceful global Talent Acquisition Partner to support our international hiring efforts across engineering, healthcare, and commercial functions. Based in Kuala Lumpur, you will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and converting top talent into successful hires for Swisslog Healthcare globally. This role is ideal for someone with experience in high-volume sourcing, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a strong command of English.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for selected global roles, from intake to offer.
  • Develop sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions across multiple regions.
  • Conduct Boolean searches and direct outreach via LinkedIn and other platforms.
  • Screen and assess candidates, providing high-quality shortlists.
  • Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and HR partners across EMEA, APAC, and North America.
  • Maintain accurate data and reports in the ATS.
  • Contribute to the refinement of global recruitment processes and tools.
  • Identify opportunities to optimise recruitment processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Support ongoing employer branding initiatives, including improving candidate experience and external perception.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in an international or matrix organization.
  • Proven track record in direct sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of Boolean search techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
  • Experience hiring for engineering, technical, or healthcare-related roles is an advantage.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with Successfactors Recruitment Module is a plus
  • Interest in recruitment process improvement and employer branding and ability to contribute ideas for enhancing our talent attraction strategy.
