Job Responsibilities
  1. Support underwriting operations to ensure the department meets productivity and performance targets.
  2. Review, source, and assess trainers, programs, learning materials, and resources to meet company requirements.
  3. Monitor and update training programs and manuals to ensure effectiveness and currency.
  4. Assist the Reporting Team Leader in achieving staff and section productivity and performance goals.
  5. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and corporate requirements.
  6. Participate in projects or other duties assigned by the supervisor.
  7. Identify suspicious customers and transactions in accordance with the PruBSN AML Framework and report to the Money Laundering Prevention Officer promptly.
Qualifications & Experience
  1. A degree in Biomedical Science, Biology, Health Science, or related fields.
  2. Over 3 years of experience in medical underwriting with good knowledge of medical conditions and financial principles.
  3. Confidence in decision-making and problem-solving skills.
