Job description

  • Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
  • Develop and implement HR plans and solutions to achieve business objectives.

Recruitment and Staffing:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Develop and maintain effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

Employee Relations:

  • Foster positive employee relations through effective communication and conflict resolution.
  • Address employee concerns and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
  • Conduct investigations into employee complaints and take appropriate action.

Performance Management:

  • Implement and manage performance appraisal processes.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers in addressing performance issues.
  • Facilitate the development of employee performance improvement plans.

Training and Development:

  • Identify training needs and coordinate the development of training programs.
  • Support the implementation of employee development initiatives.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

HR Policy Development and Compliance:

  • Develop and update HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws.
  • Stay informed about changes in employment legislation and update policies accordingly.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Manage the administration of employee benefits programs.
  • Conduct salary surveys and analyse market trends to ensure competitive compensation.
  • Recommend changes to compensation and benefits policies as needed.

HR Analytics and Reporting:

  • Utilize HR data to generate reports and insights for management decision-making.
  • Implement and maintain HR information systems to streamline processes.

Job Requirements :-

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Several years of progressive experience in HR management roles.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations (EA & IR)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
