Job description

Responsibilities:

1. Assist Warehouse Manager / Senior Executive in daily warehouse functions.
2. Support the Warehouse Manager / Senior Executive to oversee and ensure the smooth operation of division activities and warehousing in accordance with company policies, procedures, and Warehouse Operating Procedures aligned with the company's objectives.
3. Help lead and motivate staff to achieve accuracy in receiving, processing, storage, and control of damaged stock, minimizing discrepancies, and ensuring on-time delivery as per KPIs.
4. Ensure safe loading and unloading of materials using forklifts.
5. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

1. Minimum certificate/diploma in any field; qualifications related to Logistics/Warehousing are an advantage.
2. 1 to 2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or related warehouse operations.
3. Languages required: Bahasa Malaysia, English; Chinese is an added advantage.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
5. Knowledge of PDA systems is an advantage.
6. Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Working Hours:

1. Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
2. Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM.
