• Prepare Daily Inbound & Outbound Documents.
• Retrieve daily operated documents to key-in system & provide customer by e-mail.
• Assist to follow up on Export & Import Shipment including provides container details, updated status, and closing time for every shipment.
• Update cargo location in system.
• Assist to update daily summary report, inventory of own use of stocks in Onedrive.
• Able to communicate & liase as Customer Service on daily operations.
• Work closely with warehouse crews providing fully support to execute daily operation smoothly.
• Generate check stock list & reconcile the stock discrepancies every Friday.
• Assist to prepare monthly report hardcopy for customers during end of month.
• Do basic clerical work like filling and carryout any other duties as assigned by the Superior from time to time.
