Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with Hiring Managers: Identify staffing needs and determine selection criteria.
  • Source Candidates: Use online channels such as social platforms and professional networks.
  • Plan Interview Procedures: Organize screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
  • Assess Candidate Information: Review resumes and contact details using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Design Job Descriptions: Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements.
  • Lead Employer Branding Initiatives: Promote the company’s brand at job fairs and recruitment events.
  • Forecast Hiring Needs: Predict quarterly and annual hiring needs by department.
  • Foster Relationships: Build long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
  • Skills: Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks. Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
  • Education: BA in Human Resources Management or a relevant field.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Understanding: A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.
