Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Hiring Managers: Identify staffing needs and determine selection criteria.
- Source Candidates: Use online channels such as social platforms and professional networks.
- Plan Interview Procedures: Organize screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
- Assess Candidate Information: Review resumes and contact details using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Design Job Descriptions: Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements.
- Lead Employer Branding Initiatives: Promote the company’s brand at job fairs and recruitment events.
- Forecast Hiring Needs: Predict quarterly and annual hiring needs by department.
- Foster Relationships: Build long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
- Skills: Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks. Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- Education: BA in Human Resources Management or a relevant field.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Understanding: A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.
