The Global Business Process Specialist - Tax Integration will play a critical role in enhancing the tax integration process. This individual will be responsible for reviewing, developing, and implementing tax process strategies to support the organization's overall business objectives.

The organization's operations in Malaysia are based in Selangor, where they maintain a robust and dedicated team.

Description

  • Design and optimize global, cross-divisional processes in line with overall E2E business process strategy and standards.
  • Collaborate with Global Business Process Managers (GBPMs) and network teams to ensure practical and aligned solutions.
  • Support the implementation of SAP S4/HANA and the broader Business Process Management (BPM) strategy.
  • Deliver process solutions that comply with regulations, internal controls (ICFR), authorizations, and business needs.
  • Ensure global business acceptance and support rollout of BPM strategy across divisions and functions.
  • Focus on process standardization, harmonization, and continuous improvement.
  • Define success metrics and drive automation and efficiency improvements.
  • Oversee process governance, including managing change requests, compliance monitoring, and proper documentation.

Profile

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Business Administration, Informatics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3 to 7 years of experience, ideally in business process management, IT, finance, procurement, tax, internal controls, accounting, or audit.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end processes with relevant technical knowledge.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP tax solutions across EU and other regions, including indirect tax, withholding tax, and corporate income tax.
  • Good knowledge of SAP FI/CO, SD/MM, localization, external reporting, IFRS, and compliance.
  • Familiar with process improvement methods like BPM, Six Sigma, Lean, and agile practices such as Scrum.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving and flexible environment.
  • Willing to travel internationally, up to 10% per year.
