About the Role:
As a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you'll be the go-to expert for preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing and building equipment. We're looking for a hands-on, experienced professional ready to support critical operations and uphold the highest engineering and safety standards.

Position: Facilities Technician
Industry: Aviation MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul)
Location: Near Subang Airport
Working Hours: 3 Shift Rotation (Monday–Friday: 7:00AM–2:45PM / 3:00PM–11:00PM / 11:00PM–7:00AM; Saturday: 7:00AM–2:45PM)
Contract Duration: 12 months (renewable based on performance, through PERSOLKELLY)
Remuneration Package:

• Basic Salary + Statutory Contributions
• Quarterly Incentives
• Productivity Allowance (RM225)

Interview Mode: Face-to-face

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facility systems and manufacturing equipment
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently
• Uphold high standards in engineering practices, compliance, and HSE regulations
• Drive daily operational excellence through strong technical support

Who We’re Looking For:

• Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering (or equivalent)
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in maintenance within manufacturing or industrial settings
• Able and willing to work varied shifts and weekends
• Professional licenses/certifications in Electrician, HVAC, Plumbing, Automation/Controls, Machining, or Welding preferred
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel
• Knowledge of PLC troubleshooting is an added advantage
