Job description

Are you a creative thinker who dreams in visuals and loves crafting extraordinary experiences? LFM is looking for a passionate Design Executive to join our dynamic team and transform creative ideas into stunning realities. You'll have the opportunity to work on diverse projects from events to experiential spaces, bringing brands to life through eye-catching design.

Fluent in English (& preferably Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients) and comfortable chatting up ideas.

Confident skills in 3D software—SketchUp, Keyshot, Blender, or your favorite digital tools.

Super organized, chill under pressure, and great at multitasking.

Team-player vibes with a can-do attitude (we love good energy!).

Comfortable with MacOS software for your designing set-up!

What you'll be doing

1. Create stunning 3D designs and visualizations for events, installations, and experiential activations.
2. Collaborate with a bunch of creative minds to bring wild and wonderful ideas to life.
3. Bring creative concepts from sketches to jaw-dropping final 3D renders.
4. Be the team’s go-to throughout the creative ride—from client chats and site visits, to killer 3D designs and precise, fabrication-ready specs (we aim for 99% design accuracy!).
5. Communicate with clients, capture their vision, and wow them every single time.
6. Keep your designs practical, buildable, and undeniably cool.
