Be part of the team that built the biggest motor insurance portfolio in Malaysia! Collaborate with stakeholders from various functions who are passionate about insurance and pushing the boundaries of the motor insurance ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

1. Perform data extraction and tabulation for analysis and portfolio management.
2. Assess and approve motor policies routed to HQ for approval.
3. Conduct market research to improve product features continually.
4. Prepare regular reports such as CBC compliance, approval case counts, and regulatory reports.
5. Support branch requests related to policy and claim enquiries, product coverage, and system functionalities.
6. Prepare user requirements and perform testing on system changes, including new products, revisions, and underwriting rules.
7. Maintain and update internal records on product changes and implementation timelines for audit purposes.

Key Requirements

• Up to 5 years of relevant experience in General (Non-Life) Insurance.
• University degree or equivalent education.
• High learning agility and work efficiency.
• Knowledge of data analytics tools is an advantage.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English with good communication skills.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
