You have:

• Fluency in your teaching language, with an outstanding command. Non-native Italian speakers require a C2 CEFR certificate. Proficiency in English for communication is also necessary.
• Teaching certificate: e.g., ITALS or related, from a recognized institution; a degree in a language-related field is a plus.
• Experience teaching as a second language teacher; online group teaching experience is advantageous.
• Technical equipment: high-speed internet, headset with microphone, laptop/desktop with camera.
