We are seeking a detail-oriented Trade Services Executive to join our Wholesale Credit Operations team. The Trade Services Executive is responsible for processing trade transactions to ensure timely data input and document filing. This role reports to the Line Manager and will be based in our PJ City Trade Services Centre, Selangor.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Record receipt of documents in the Incoming Documents Register / Incoming Mail Register / Incoming Fax Register.
2. Acknowledge receipt of Trade Services requests from customers, branches, other banks, or other business units.
3. Check, verify, process, input, and authorize trade transactions.
4. Ensure accuracy of data input and registration of trade transactions.
5. Perform data input and scanning of documents into the system.
6. Track payments of outstanding bills and paid transactions.
7. Carry out any duties as assigned by the Head - TSC or team leader.

Job Requirements:

Education/Qualification

1. Malaysian citizen.
2. Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, Business Administration, or equivalent.
3. Fresh graduates or entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
4. Candidates with related trade operations experience may be considered for senior roles.
