Position Overview
As the Senior Brand Manager, you will lead the development and commercialization of end-to-end marketing strategies that deliver successful share, sales, and profit targets for your assigned portfolio within the South ASEAN Hub (SAH), comprising Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia & Brunei.

What You Will Do
Strategy & Planning:
- Develop Brand / Category Strategy to drive Brand Growth in line with the Category landscape and consumer/brand fit.
- Create the Brand Experience calendar across different marketing funnel stages & manage advertising budgets.

Delivering Financial Targets:
- Align on key issues and drivers during Business Planning Meetings.
- Identify issues and barriers affecting brand project implementation and formulate action plans.
- Recommend brand promotional and merchandising programs and assess their effectiveness.
- Ensure plans are executed with excellence.
- Manage 'path to purchase' plans, including brand activation, PR, and post-campaign analysis.
- Collaborate with eCommerce teams for Brand Activation programs.
- Partner with Trade Marketing and Sales teams for strategic initiatives in omnichannel growth.
- Understand and leverage brand P&L levers to drive sales, margins, and operating profit.

Communication & Media Management:
- Drive insight identification and translate insights into creative briefs.
- Ensure project briefs lead to inspiring IMC communication and monitor market performance.
- Coordinate with regional and global teams for alignment.
- Plan media strategies across the marketing funnel, optimizing for performance.

New Product Launches:
- Present launch rationale to senior management and cross-functional teams.
- Coordinate new product launches and relaunches with Supply Chain, Finance, and Sales.

Qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing or related business field.
- Minimum of 10 years of brand management experience in FMCG.
- Digital-savvy with experience working with e-platforms and digital agencies.
- Data-driven with experience analyzing retail and media data KPIs.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and with stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of digital ecosystems and brand communication in eCommerce.
- Passionate about brands with objective decision-making.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Creative thinker with a strong learning ability.
