  • Attending to all incoming calls and messages promptly and ensure calls/messages are directed properly.
  • Attending to incoming guests/visitors.
  • Assist in distributing calls, messages, mails, courier and parcel.
  • Assist in general administrative tasks and any ad hoc duties assigned by superior from time to time.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level or equivalent.
  • Prior work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role is required.
  • Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Punctuality in duties and good telephone etiquette and politeness.
  • Able to speak and write English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Fresh Graduate / Entry Level applicants are encouraged to apply.
  • Able to start work immediately is an added advantage.
