Key Responsibilities

1. Monitor and control process and product quality throughout the production cycle.
2. Utilize quality tools to analyze and resolve quality issues.
3. Coordinate and respond to customer complaints (customer claims) in a timely and professional manner.
4. Support internal audits and assist in the implementation of quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements
