The Receiving and Issuing clerk is responsible for activities such as receiving and warehousing incoming raw materials, equipment, assemblies, and MRO, from suppliers and other Masimo facilities; kitting material of Jobs; shipping material to other Masimo facilities and direct shipments to customers, performing proper transactions into Expandable.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Receiving, Warehousing, Issuing, and Distribution of raw materials, in-process goods, finished products, and supplies.
• Maintain records of material movement within and out of the facility in accordance with company procedures.
• Reconcile material discrepancies and coordinate paperwork.
• Organize and maintain good housekeeping in the warehouse.

Minimum & Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Over 2 years of experience in inventory controls and practices.
• General mathematical skills.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow company quality policies.
• Experience in document control and material tracking.
• Experience with warehouse systems.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Warehouse and manufacturing experience is helpful but not required.
• Good communication and computer skills.
• Good housekeeping and record-keeping skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a continuous improvement environment.
• Warehouse and inventory control experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Basic English reading skills.

Education: DIPLOMA

Physical requirements/Work Environment

This role is primarily in a warehouse environment. It involves frequent sitting, standing, and walking. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly. Operation of warehouse equipment and tools, including possibly a forklift, is required. Limited computer use is expected. Extended periods of standing or walking may be necessary.
