Job summary

A leading company in cybersecurity is seeking an experienced sales executive to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, particularly in the ICT sector, and will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, managing customer relationships, and monitoring market trends. Fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Chinese is required, along with exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

Job description

- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Sciences, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Minimum 5 - 7 years of experience in sales, preferably in the ICT, cybersecurity industry. Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets is essential.

- Strong understanding of cybersecurity services, penetration testing, and current market trends.

Skills :

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex cybersecurity solutions to clients.

- Expertise in negotiating contracts and closing deals.

- Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans tailored to client needs.

- Fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Chinese is required.

- Excellent presentation skills.

Responsibilities :

- Identify and secure new business opportunities.

- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.

- Work closely with Pre-Sales and technical teams to align sales strategies with product or service offerings.
