Identify new opportunities/businesses and develop sales strategies.
Develop and implement marketing plans for business growth and manage the actual performance against set targets.
Plan and coordinate sales events.
Collaborate with Value Proposition team or relevant product owners to customize offerings.
Review feedback from sales team on improvement areas (product, bundles, packaging, price, process, sales method) and provide input to relevant parties.
Develop sales capability of sales force by identifying development needs and provide trainings accordingly.
Give sales/product presentations to business partners as and when required, in order to introduce CIMB@Work payroll solutions and to build relationship with channel owners.
Be aware of the changes in competition and marketing environment and provide feedback to the management, for appropriate actions to be taken.
Work closely with Corporate Banking Relationship Managers, Commercial Banking Relationship Managers and Branch Managers to connect with more clients.
Cross sell products (CASA and other products).
Key Requirements
Has a Bachelor Degree or equivalent qualification.
At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
Good communication and presentation skills.
