Seeking a diligent and competent Finance Manager to oversee financial strategies and manage the accounting department. The ideal candidate should possess strong financial acumen and leadership skills in the energy sector.

Description

• Oversees and engages with overseas financial reporting: This includes reviewing and actively communicating about monthly and quarterly management reports from international finance teams.
• Manages group financial consolidation and reporting: This involves preparing and reviewing consolidation packages and quarterly/annual reports for the ultimate holding company.
• Reviews financial performance of specific entities: This includes analyzing monthly management reports for investment holding, inactive, and newly established companies.
• Handles international tax compliance and audit matters: This encompasses reviewing tax computations, collaborating with overseas offices on annual compliance, and participating in discussions on potential tax audit issues in India and Singapore.
• Collaborates with overseas finance leadership and supports group financial management: This involves active communication with Heads of Finance in overseas offices for process improvements and system enhancements, as well as assisting the Senior Finance Manager in monitoring group cash flow and preparing/reviewing budgets and audited financial statements for operating companies.

Profile

A successful Finance Manager should have:

• An advanced degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• A professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA or CPA.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes.
• Proficient in financial software and databases.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
