Job description

Job summary:
The Validation Lab Engineering Assistant supports engineering validation and product teams by performing hands-on testing, measurements, and data collection of products, systems, or components in a validation laboratory environment. This role ensures that test procedures are executed according to standards, FTE plans, and results are accurately documented for analysis and regulatory compliance.

What you will do:

  1. Set up and operate lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, environmental chambers, signal generators, and automated testers.
  2. Perform validation tests on hardware, software, and integrated systems based on test plans and protocols.
  3. Document and maintain accurate test results, observations, and anomalies during testing.
  4. Ensure all equipment is calibrated and maintained in good working order.
  5. Work closely with validation engineers and PE teams to support ongoing projects.
  6. Ensure compliance with lab safety protocols and industry regulatory requirements.
  7. Participate in failure analysis and root cause investigations.
  8. Support data analysis and report generation as needed.
  9. Maintain calibration of all machines and documentation.
  10. Support data provision for EY.
  11. Work in shifts.

What you will need:

  1. Minimum of a Diploma in Electronics Engineering.
  2. Proven experience in laboratory testing and equipment management.
  3. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  4. Familiarity with laboratory safety standards and regulatory requirements.
  5. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
