We are looking for a skilled and motivated Accountant to join our Shared Services finance team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a multi-entity or multi-country accounting environment, ideally within a shared services model. Experience with Xero and NetSuite is essential, along with the ability to effectively support stakeholders across various countries in ensuring timely and accurate financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform day-to-day accounting activities for multiple entities across different countries within the shared services framework.
2. Ensure accurate and timely month-end close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and intercompany transactions.
3. Maintain financial records and process transactions using Xero and NetSuite ERP systems.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and international stakeholders to support payment processing, vendor queries, and compliance matters.
5. Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring alignment with group policies and timelines.
6. Support statutory reporting, internal audits, and tax filings in coordination with local finance teams or third-party providers.
7. Contribute to process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives within the shared service function.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline, or ACCA qualification (fully or partially qualified).
2. Minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a shared services or multinational environment.
3. Hands-on experience with Xero and NetSuite accounting software.
4. Strong understanding of accounting processes and multi-currency transactions.
5. Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across countries and time zones.
6. High attention to detail, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
7. Experience in process improvement or ERP system optimization is a plus.
