  • Manage and understand customer needs and inquiries effectively.
  • Provide excellent service and utilize mechanisms to promote product sales.
  • Prepare the sales/promotional area according to the layout, ensuring cleanliness and sufficient stock of POP materials.
  • Arrange and replenish merchandise as needed.
  • Handle P.A. duties or return defective goods to suppliers.
  • Maintain counters and conduct monthly stock-taking.
  • Attend training sessions as necessary.
Job Responsibilities
