About the role

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Company Secretarial Assistant to join our growing team at Maxi Management & Tax Advisory Sdn Bhd. This is a full-time role where you will support company secretarial functions and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

What you'll be doing

  1. Performing a full spectrum of corporate secretarial tasks for a portfolio of clients.
  2. Assisting with the preparation and filing of statutory documents, including annual returns, forms, and resolutions.
  3. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date corporate records and registers.
  4. Coordinating and attending board and shareholder meetings, including taking and distributing minutes.
  5. Providing administrative support to the company secretarial team.
  6. Ensuring compliance with all relevant company laws and regulations.
  7. Liaising with relevant authorities and stakeholders as required.

What we're looking for

  1. Graduates with ICSA, Degree in Corporate Administration, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
  2. Knowledge of corporate laws and regulations in Malaysia.
  3. Team player with the ability to ensure timely workflow, quick turnaround, and high client service standards.
  4. Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  5. Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
