Job description

Job Responsibilities :

Accounts Receivable

1) To checking on daily sales & verifying sales invoices plus matching delivery orders

2) Responsible for sales collection

3) To follow up closely with client on blocked invoices

4) To book shipment & containers for export sales

5) To prepare & update accumulated quantity report for select customer

6) Reconciliation of Sales Tax Report for Kastam submission purposes

7) Any other Ad Hoc duties as and when required.

Job Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least a Certificate/ Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Accounting.
• Proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
• At least 3Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position and relevant experience in accounts and finance.
• Preferably manufacturing experience.
• Posses sufficient knowledge of the computer and account systems such as 3A Systems; Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Possessing ERP system migration experience will be an added advantage
• Posses sufficient knowledge of reconciliation and problem identification
• Solving & strong analytical skills.
• Good communication & Interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently.
