In your new role you will:

1. Follow and complete the compulsory training defined by module or department.
2. Be exposed to the Plasma Etch process in wafer fabrication and gain knowledge of industrial practices and required competencies.
3. Support production line activities such as lot disposition, process control, line issue troubleshooting, and process release.
4. Participate in improvement projects aimed at process margin, Cpk, yield improvement, cost reduction, and capacity enhancement.
5. Assist in new tool startup processes.
6. Knowledge and experience in the following areas would be an added advantage:

• Knowledge of processes in the semiconductor industry.
• Knowledge of SPC and FMEA.

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A degree in Chemistry, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Material Science, Mechanical Engineering, Microelectronics, Physics, or Process Engineering.
• Good command of the English language.
• Minimum CGPA of 3.00 or equivalent.
• Commitment to 12 months of service as a trainee.
• Willingness to work in Kulim Hi-Tech Park.
• No prior work experience required.
• Availability of contract position(s).
