Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our busy clinic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for liaising with patients via WhatsApp, phone, and face-to-face in the clinic. This role requires STRONG English language skills, communication, organisational skills, and time management. ONLY apply if the above DESCRIBES YOU.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Track and manage your TO DO list effectively.
  2. Liaise with patients, take bookings, send confirmations, and provide information prior to their arrival.
  3. Greet and welcome patients.
  4. Register patients and take BMI measurements if required.
  5. Coordinate with patients and doctors before and after consultations for diagnostics and services.
  6. Manage communication via mobile and email with patients, vendors, suppliers, and labs.
  7. Support the doctor in closing sales when required.
  8. Make every patient feel valued and VIP.
  9. Remind patients of appointments, parking, and preparation requirements (e.g., fasting).
  10. Recommend suitable products, treatments, and packages to patients.
  11. Handle customer requests and inquiries as needed.
  12. Update the CRM system regularly.
  13. Observe punctuality and adhere to working hours.
  14. Maintain a clean and tidy workspace at all times.
  15. Promote the clinic and its services proactively, focusing on services provided by THE ROSEWOOD CLINIC.
Requirements:
  1. Education: Work Smart or Street Smart education is acceptable, but excellent English is mandatory.
  2. Experience: 2+ years in a front desk role. Healthcare experience is a plus.
  3. Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent attention to detail, and strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  4. Attributes: High integrity and professionalism, ability to work independently and in a team, strong organisational skills.
