Your new company

A multinational tech solutions company with operations in multiple countries.

Your new role

As a Corporate Support Executive, you will be responsible for the sales and logistics coordination, general administration, and human resource support.

Your responsibilities
Sales & Logistics Coordination

  • Prepare and manage sales documents (PO, PI, invoice, packing list).
  • Coordinate and track shipments with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery.
  • Communicate shipment status to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate tracking on Monday.com.
  • Liaise with customers and suppliers to resolve logistics issues.
  • Assist the sales team with partnership applications and documentation.
  • Conduct monthly sanction list reviews for compliance.
  • Manage indemnity letters and return processes (RMA).
  • Provide coverage for team members on leave.
  • Perform other sales/logistics duties as assigned.

General Administration
  • Oversee office maintenance (plants, aircon, cleaner, water dispenser, fire extinguisher).
  • Manage IT assets and maintenance (phones, laptops, accessories).
  • Procure and manage office supplies (pantry, stationery, IT, furniture, cleaning, first aid).
  • Maintain petty cash and office expense records.
  • Coordinate insurance renewals and purchases.
  • Organise company events and maintain health and safety compliance.
  • Handle calls, emails, visitors, mail, deliveries, and meeting room bookings.
  • Manage travel bookings and update travel records in Monday.com.


Human Resources Support
  • Arrange interviews and assist with onboarding new hires.
  • Allocate equipment and create name cards for new employees.
  • Conduct orientation and support other HR-related tasks as needed.

Ad-hoc tasks
  • Serve guests that are visiting the office.
  • Support with ad-hoc admin tasks and temporary team coverage.
