To take ownership of the Group project and be able to handle project planning, authority approvals, project implementation, contract administration, and project costing.

Be resourceful and independent in solving all property development and construction problems to achieve set deadlines and objectives.

Monitor and lead the project team to successfully deliver projects within the stipulated time frame.

Establish regular meetings with contractors to review follow-up items such as drawing preparation/approval, equipment/material lead times, on-site dates, manpower projections, project schedule, and quality/performance issues both on and off site.

Monitor contractor/vendor pending costs and ensure the cost report is updated monthly.

Conduct regular project and contractor meetings to review project progress, current cost projections, change orders, anticipated pending costs, schedule updates, requisition reviews, major upcoming activities, project changes, and other relevant issues.

Ensure all costs and risk updates are communicated and incorporated into the overall project reporting.

Establish adequate inspection and testing withhold points to maintain desired quality of delivery.

Study, evaluate, and identify all tasks and risks associated with the project from inception to completion.

Evaluate and assess equipment and recommend designs for the project, incorporating safety measures.

Uphold environmental ethics through green efforts and include Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG) elements in the company’s projects, in line with the Sustainability Policy.

Key Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Urban Studies/Town Planning, or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience.
• Well-versed with building by-laws and related laws governing construction and property development.
• Strong track record of successfully completed projects in high-rise, large-scale mixed development, commercial buildings, and infrastructure is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of real estate development processes, financial modeling, and construction management.
• Proficient in Mandarin to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking contractors, consultants, and clients.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions and manage risks.
