Design Project Architect Job Specification

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a talented and creative Architectural Designer or Interior Designer to join our team. As an Architectural Designer/Interior Designer, you will play a key role in the design and development of projects, contributing innovative ideas and solutions to create spaces that inspire and engage.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Create attractive designs and layouts for various projects
2. Meet with clients to understand their objectives and desires
3. Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members to address needs
4. Prepare presentations (3D, 2D, mock-ups, and renderings) for clients
5. Create quotes for clients and ensure workflow procedures are followed
6. Maintain industry knowledge to stay relevant

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design or related field
2. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
3. Minimum of 2 years of experience in architectural design
4. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Coohom, and Adobe Creative Suite
5. Strong design sensibility and creative problem-solving skills
6. Excellent communication and presentation abilities
7. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
8. Knowledge of sustainable design principles and LEED accreditation is a plus
