岗位职责

1. 负责根据生产计划的安排，组织生产，确保质量、效率和生产损耗的有效控制；Responsible for organizing production according to the production plan, ensuring effective control of quality and efficiency.
2. 管理班组成员，培养新员工和多能工，确保人员技能满足生产需求；Responsible for managing team members, nurturing new employees and multi-skilled workers, ensuring that personnel skills meet production requirements.
3. 协调和反馈生产异常，按流程跟进处理；Responsible for coordinating and providing feedback on production anomalies, following up and handling according to procedures.
4. 负责现场的5S管理，确保员工遵守精益生产原则；Responsible for on-site 5S management, ensuring that employees adhere to LEAN production principles.
5. 推动流程建设和改善活动，不断提升生产效率、降低制造成本；Promote process construction and improvement activities to continuously enhance production efficiency and reduce manufacturing costs.

任职要求

1. 大专以上学历，电子、机电、自动化等相关专业优先；三年以上班组管理经验；Bachelor's degree or above, with preference for majors in electronics, electromechanics, automation or related fields; over three years of team management experience.
2. 具备质量意识和精益管理能力，能推动质量改善、5S管理、Kaizen等活动；Possess quality awareness and LEAN management capabilities, able to drive quality improvement, 5S management, Kaizen and other activities.
3. 良好的沟通协调能力，能管理下属、对外沟通、及时反馈问题；Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to manage subordinates, communicate externally, and provide accurate and timely feedback on issues.
4. 熟悉MES、SAP、Excel、Word等软件操作；Proficient in operating software such as MES, SAP, Excel, and Word.
5. 勇于挑战、创新、担当、自省，敢于走出舒适区；Courageous, innovative, responsible, introspective, and willing to step out of one's comfort zone.
