Job summary

A leading company in Malaysia is seeking a Lorry Driver to ensure timely deliveries and maintain vehicle condition. The ideal candidate will have a valid GDL license, experience in driving, and good time management skills. This full-time position offers a salary of RM 2,000 to RM 2,500 per month.

Job description

Responsibilities:

- Ensure punctual delivery of finished goods to customers.

- Follow delivery schedule and instructions from Logistics Executive or Supervisor.

- Collect or deliver raw materials to sub-contractors or suppliers.

- Verify quantity and check goods/carton condition before delivery.

- Maintain lorry cleanliness and ensure it is in good working condition.

- Report any delivery delays or issues immediately to the Supervisor.

- Ensure Delivery Orders are stamped and signed by customers.

- Verify that items and quantities match the Delivery Order when collecting customer products.

- Perform daily lorry condition checks to ensure roadworthiness.

Requirements:

- Possess a valid GDL license.

- 1–3 years of lorry driving experience.

- Familiar with routes in Klang Valley and Peninsular Malaysia (an advantage).

- Minimum education: SPM.

- Physically fit to manage long hours and assist with loading/unloading.

- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance.

- Punctual, with good time management skills.

- Demonstrates a good attitude and strong discipline.
