Responsibilities

V2X is seeking a mid-level Supply Chain/Subcontracts Manager to support the Global Mission Training and Sustainment (GMTS) business unit. This individual will manage a team of subcontracts professionals in Europe, collaborating closely with Program Managers to meet subcontract needs. Responsibilities include developing, coordinating, and executing program labor strategies, budgeting, forecasting, supply chain objectives, and supporting business development efforts through establishing agreements with suppliers and creating supply chain strategies. The candidate should demonstrate strong leadership, project management, communication skills, and compliance knowledge (FAR, DFAR, and other regulatory guidelines). The role requires exercising ethical judgment, making sound decisions, and protecting V2X's legal and financial interests.

Remote-based in Germany.

What you will do:

  • Manage and administer subcontract agreements for DoD and non-DoD contracts.
  • Lead a team of supply chain/subcontracts professionals ensuring compliance and quality.
  • Interpret and manage subcontract legal documents, including amendments and agreements.
  • Plan and manage source selections, review subcontract specifications, and ensure full compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Negotiate and execute teaming agreements, RFPs, and manage subcontractor performance.
  • Support program management with subcontract proposals, administration, and performance monitoring.
  • Develop cost/price analyses, lead negotiations, and establish budgets and funding.
  • Maintain supplier relationships, monitor market trends, and analyze procurement data.
  • Prepare RFPs, RFQs, and bid packages, and review proposals and negotiations.
  • Ensure subcontract performance aligns with contractual terms, including delivery, quality, and compliance.
  • Coordinate with other departments and support business capture activities.

Material & Equipment Used:

  • Personal computer, printer, copy machine, and office software (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Certifications by NCMA or ASCM preferred.
  • At least 8 years of experience in contracts/subcontracts, including 5 years in government contracting.
  • Experience with RFQ/RFP processes, negotiations, and federal procurement standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills.
  • Experience with high-value procurement (> $15M annually).
  • Ability to pass background checks and obtain security clearances.

Preferred Experience:

  • Procurement and supply chain compliance experience.
  • Knowledge of Price/Cost Analysis, strategic supplier relationships, and government program requirements.

Skills:

  • Proficiency with FAR/DFARS, SAP software, and maintaining confidentiality.
